Biography Richard is a recording engineer, producer and musician. He started his career in 1988 as a music engineer at Times Square Studio in London, later serving as engineer and producer at Peter Gabriel's Real World Studios. Richard has also regularly worked with Gabriel as a musician, as well as with artists such as Psychic TV and Tim Simenon

Biography Tuomo Tolonen is the Applications Engineer and Product Planning Manager at Shure. Tuomo is an member of the BEIRG UK Steering Committee; lobbying the Government with regard to changes in Spectrum Legislation and the needs of the Entertainment Industry. Tuomo regularly advises bands on Microphone specification and use and as an RF specialist he often assists in large events and TV productions.
