Fantastic microphones for toms, really rugged and tiny enough that the drummer doesn't have to worry about hitting it, and neither do you.

I've seen a few people using these on snares but personally, I prefer SM57s or Beta57s. Also had some fun with these on guitar amps with a condenser mic a few feet back.
