No matter how much we try to get things right, from time to time you may need to return an item to us either for refund or repair. We aim to make this process as simple as possible for you.

If you are returning an item to us that has been delivered faulty and is within the first 14 days from the date of the receipt, we will arrange to collect the item from you for replacement or refund at our cost. If you just don't want the item, you are responsible for the return shipment costs. Please bear in mind that any goods returned for refund must be received in full, and in saleable condition, or a restocking fee will be applied up to 20% of the purchase price.
