Delivery Information

TheMicStore with dispatch all in-stock items ordered before 3:30pm the same day. All UK orders are sent by either UPS or Royal Mail Special Delivery. We use UPS for international deliveries.

Delivery costs

We have a standard delivery charge across the UK of just £6.00 including VAT. This charge is waived for any orders totalling £200.00 or more. A Saturday delivery service is available for £25.00. Deliveries outside the UK are charged on a sliding scale dependent upon location as follows:

Europe: £25.00
North America: £35.00
Australia & New Zealand: £45.00
Rest of the World: £50.00

The above international rates include deliveries up to 5kg.

Delivery Timescales

All deliveries are sent on a next-working-day basis. Orders send on a Friday by standard delivery will be with you the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Any orders taken between 3:30pm on Friday and 3:30pm on Monday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Orders will typically be received before 7pm on the following business day. In some remote areas, delivery times may vary. For urgent deliveries, we can provide timed deliveries. Please contact us for rates and availability.
