Schertler Dyn-C-Set (For Cello)

This is the contact transducer mic designed specifically for Cello reproduction. Excellent acoustic pickup and natural sound reproduction.

The Schertler DYN Series transducer is extremely simple to set up and safe to apply to even the most delicate of instruments. Special inert adhesive putty is provided to mount the pick-up to the instrument body, designed to securely attach the contact mic whilst leaving no residue when removed or adjusted. As with any microphone, the best location for the mic will be found by experimentation depending upon the type of sound reproduction required.

As with other Schertler electrostatic or electro-dynamic transducers, the DYN-C works best through a full-range amplification system in conjuction with the Schertler PRE-A III preamplifier.
